Sales System Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reporting the effective delivery of sales systems and tools to meet customer service expectations, compliance to brand partner requirements, researching new practices/systems for improving processes. Additionally, the position the role includes as sales systems process changes including phone systems and call center routing technologies as well as Agent Training Manual update responsibility and brand provider promotion and procedure change tracking and notifications to the Call Center.

Marketing Business Development Coordinator

  • Create and develop demand and lead generation activities, conversion programs and marketing campaigns that drive measureable improvements: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Agency/vendor management
    • Budget management
    • Daily analysis
    • Pay-per-call, pay-per-lead and pay-per-sale programs
    • Project management
  • Position will have a base salary in addition to compensation driven on the ability to negotiate marketing lead generation contracts. Success will be grounded in a core understanding of marketing.
  • Performance will be based on inbound and outbound advertising of all pay-per-call/lead/sale programs.
  • Communicate lead generation program performance and work with analytics to expand/cut current programs.
  • Partner with external agencies, Brand Partners and all internal teams to create and ensure holistic campaigns.
  • Prioritize initiatives, optimize campaigns and drive results with a sense of urgency.
  • Present creative and innovative marketing opportunities to increase leads and improve lead quality.
  • Track performance and recommend strategies to optimize content based on call/lead/sale conversions, traffic, revenue and spend.

Call Routing Project Manager-Data Analyst-Admin

The Data Analyst-Project Manager is responsible for the phone systems and call routing technologies administration.  This position will ensure effective delivery of calls to maximize revenue, meet customer service expectations, while researching and recommending process improvements.  Additionally, the position includes procedure change tracking and notifications of our call center(s).

Account Executive

  • Manage all inside sales and customer relationship management duties
  • Find new partners and execute top quality client management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Partner and Client relationship management
    • Partner prospecting/business development
    • Customer Service
    • Occasional night and weekend client communication
    • Analysis
    • Project management
    • Engagement strategy
    • Retention and nurturing
  • Facilitate the set up all client home services from start-to-finish including but not limited to TV, Internet, Home Phone, Security and Utility services. Set up includes the disconnecting of old services and connecting of new services. Ensure all clients’ needs are met, promptly and professionally.
  • Work with internal departments to manage the customer cycle from prospect to service sign up to retention and nurturing. Required to understand thoroughly all products and services across all brands.
  • Create and execute process and engagement strategies for partners and clients.
  • Prioritize client management and drive results with a sense of urgency.
  • Provide professional and courteous account management.
  • Track performance and recommend strategies to optimize client acquisition and relationship management based on call/lead/sale conversions, revenue and spend.
  • Compensation is base plus commission driven by new client acquisition, partner relationship management and partner engagement.
